Mackie Interiors is a full-service Interior Design studio specializing in Residential Design, breathing new life to what was, or building from the ground up. With the art of millwork design, material appreciation and space planning at the forefront, we curate an overall sense of purpose to every detail within the home.
Mackie Interiors implements quiet luxury and refines spaces through thoughtful design and craftsmanship, naturally forming an intimate connection with your surroundings & elevating your interactions with your home.
We meet (whether virtually or in person) to gain a better understanding of your project, establishing functional requirements, budget, and aesthetic aspirations.
We then follow up with a proposal for our services prior to moving forward. Once the proposal is approved, we move into the design concept.

ONBOARDINGDESIGN CONCEPT PHASEIn the Design Concept Phase we move into initial space planning, inspirational and aspirational imagery is shared, creating a clear road map towards your design.
This is a collaborative and iterative phase therefore the Design Concept must be fully approved before moving into Design Specifications
Design Specifications A (Hard Finishes)• We create technical drawings for implementation, renderings as needed, and document all selections.
We propose all interior finishes (ie. millwork, lighting, plumbing, hardware, etc.). We specify every detail of each item in the Schedule to prepare for purchasing.
• Product ordering, procurement, & management takes place.
Design Specifications B (Soft Goods ie. Furnishing/Styling) if applicable
Construction Documentation & Deliverables
Final Design Development begins - every detail has been considered and we now we begin the design documentation.
We create construction drawings for implementation and document all relevant information for all selections. This technical package is inclusive of final detailed elevations, floor plans, furniture layouts, RCP (lighting plans), and renderings all as needed.
FF&E selections and specification package handoff.
Ordering and product procurement/management/install
Construction commences at the end of this phase.
